Most yoga classes are anonymous. You show up, move through poses, go home. This is different. Classes run in 8-week series, capped at 10 students. Same people, same time, every week. The consistency is the point β€” for your body and for the connections you build.

Kieran spends his days leading technology teams at a global software company. He teaches yoga because it works β€” and because the people who need it most are exactly the ones least likely to walk into a yoga studio.His classes are science-grounded and jargon-free. Every movement connects to a measurable outcome your body actually cares about β€” nervous system regulation, breath mechanics, mobility, stability. No abstraction. No performance. Just an honest practice designed for people who live at a desk.He keeps classes small on purpose. Ten people maximum. Same group, every week. Because that's where something real can happen.
